When should I get there?
We appreciate if our guest can arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to there scheduled appointments.
What if I’m running late?
Unfortunately, late arrivals will likely impact the length of your treatment t. Your service will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed.
What do I need to bring?
It really depends on the services you’re coming to enjoy. For:
Halotherapy, Salt Room. Nothing is required. We suggest your wear comfortable clothing.
Halotherapy Salt Bed. If you are going to be using our Salt Bed to be addressing skin conditions, we suggest you wear comfortable clothing that will allow the skin areas to be addressed exposed.
Infrared Sauna. Lightweight shorts and tee shirt are OK. Swimsuits are better. “Birthday Suit” is fine too. We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session.
Do I disrobe entirely for my Spa Treatment?
That is your choice; however, it is customary to do so. Our staff is required to appropriately drape you with towels or sheets at all times during the service to protect your privacy.
May I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
Absolutely! This is your treatment and we want you to enjoy the experience. If your would like the a change in the amount of pressure during your massage, please let your therapist know.
Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments or allergies?
Yes, please notify our reservation agent when you scheduling your services. If you need special assistance, please let us know so that we may ensure you have a pleasant experience.
